I dream of becoming a magician, a chef, a chocolatier, a fashion designer, a movie director, a DJ, a professional photographer and a stock market guru. I also want my very own candy outlet. (: My blog comprises photographs and random thoughts. I like to keep my blog happy and I'm easily inspired. It's nice knowing that people are reading, so thank you. :D

    Fright Night (note the rhyme)

I'm sick of the romantic vampire stories. (Read: Twilight and the ilk) There's finally this truly bloody vampire movie!

    Check out the trailer!

Here's the synopsis of the movie if you're interested to catch something after the taxing promotional exams.

Senior Charlie Brewster (Anton Yelchin) finally has it all—he’s running with the popular crowd and dating the hottest girl in high school. In fact, he’s so cool he’s even dissing his best friend Ed (Christopher Mintz-Plasse).

But trouble arrives when an intriguing stranger Jerry (Colin Farrell) moves in next door. He seems like a great guy at first, but there’s something not quite right—and everyone, including Charlie’s mom (Toni Collette), doesn’t notice.

After witnessing some very unusual activity, Charlie comes to an unmistakable conclusion: Jerry is a vampire preying on his neighborhood. Unable to convince anyone that he’s telling the truth, Charlie has to find a way to get rid of the monster himself in this Craig Gillespie-helmed revamp of the comedy-horror classic.

I just liked the movie's Facebook page and participated in the "Fright your Friends promo". You can try it too, you can do up your face (they're providing blood splatters and creepy eyes to edit your photo) and tag your friends. You stand to win complimentary movie passes and exclusive premiums as well.

Oooooooooor you can just go for fun. (:

Catch Fright Night in cinemas this 22 September and like the Official Fright Night Singapore Facebook Page!
